We are currently seeking to hire a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. Our Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact to our clients, visitors, and community partners. The successful candidate will subscribe to the same values we hold; to provide Client Satisfaction through Quality, Excellence, Trust, and Loyalty.  

General Responsibilities:

  • Professional and friendly communication: answering phones, directing questions, greeting guests
  • Ingoing/Outgoing mail: distributing mail, preparing packages for shipment (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Meeting set up: coordinating catering, setting up food & beverage, light cleaning
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exemplary customer service
  • Demonstrated secretarial, receptionist, or administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office programs Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Administrative education or training a plus
  • OR an acceptable equivalent combination of experience and education
