Position Overview

HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support company growth and strengthen brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives, managing digital content, supporting social media and communications efforts, and assisting with proposal development.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to professional services marketing within the engineering, construction, and inspection industries, including hands-on experience with RFP and RFQ processes.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Business Development Support

• Learn and support RFP and RFQ processes within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• Assist with proposal preparation, formatting, proofreading, and deadline coordination
• Support development of resumes, project descriptions, graphics, and proposal materials
• Maintain proposal content libraries and templates

Marketing & Brand Development

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and communications
• Track marketing efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives

Website & Digital Content

• Maintain and update the company website with project highlights, news, service updates, and career content
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for website enhancements
• Ensure content is accurate, professional, and up to date

Social Media & Communications

• Manage company social media platforms and content calendar
• Create engaging content highlighting projects, employees, industry involvement, and company culture
• Monitor engagement and support growth of online presence

Events & Outreach

• Support marketing efforts for conferences, trade shows, and industry events
• Assist with internal communications and company initiatives
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams on branding and outreach efforts

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content
• Exposure to or strong interest in proposal development and business development support, including assisting with RFP/RFQ processes, preparing and formatting proposals, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining proposal content and materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
