HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. supplies a highly integrated series of professional engineering and quality assurance/quality control services worldwide that span the steel, concrete, paint, mechanical, and construction industries.

HRV is seeking a full-time accounting clerk to assist HRV’s accounting staff with general accounting functions such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
⦁    Solid understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
⦁    Experience with PennDOT invoicing preferred
⦁    High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
⦁    Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)
⦁    Professional communication skills
⦁    Ability to organize, prioritize and plan tasks
⦁    Ability to process and maintain sensitivities toward confidential information
⦁    Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
⦁    Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
⦁    Contribute as a team player
⦁    Punctuality

Education/Background:
⦁    Accounting Associates/Technical Degree or higher
⦁    3+ years of accounting experience; previous work experience in a highly technical industry is a plus
⦁    OR an equivalent combination of practical experience and education
⦁    Experience in Unanet a plus, but not a requirement
